struct sun::driver::NativeLibraries

What resolving the -l libraries for the JIT produced.

Shared libraries are dlopen'd into this process as a side effect; static archives cannot be dlopen'd, so their paths come back for the caller to hand to the JIT's own linker (SunJIT::addStaticLibrary).
